Planning: Health and Safety Form

This is the Health and Safety form everyone had to sign today. In the form it gives us an outline of the behavior expected of us when we have booked the equipment, how to look after it, treat it and generally be careful when filming in public places as there are many health and safety issues such as theft, the equipment getting broken or damaged and the general safety of our group members.
