Here are some reviews I read about MIA's third album 'Maya', released in 2010:
Most of the reviews were quite posititve and many gave MIA's Album over four stars, the general consensus of the reviews was that M.I.A's album is very creative and that she has a unique, different sound to her voice. However,The Telegraph was quite harsh with their review as they said that her attempt at creating a different sound had the opposite effect. MIA is a controversial and independent artist so I would expect that not everyone would like her style and music.
